Eat your bowl - Chocolate Bowls, that is

I had lunch with a friend the other day, and our dessert was in a chocolate bag (like a lunch-bag shape).  I wonder how they did that?  I know how to do a chocolate bowl, and thanks to Serious Eats, you can learn how, too.  I think white chocolate would look pretty for the holidays...maybe with red and green M&Ms?

I once had a chocolate piano as a desert (at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago). It was small pieces of milk and dark chocolate with a white chocolate mouse - y like thing in the middle. Most memorable desert I ever had.
