Twelve Days of Cocktails - Day 2: Pimm's Royale

As I've mentioned before, I love Pimm's.  The spicy, citrusy liqueur is a traditional summer staple, but it works for winter, too.  Try this bubbly version of a Pimm's Cup for New Year's, or any occasion that calls for a bid of spakle (and a reminder of warmer temperatures).

Pimm's Royale
Into a champagne glass, pour:
2 oz Pimm's No. 1
Top with sparkling wine
Add strawberry

So easy and chic!
