Twelve Days of Cocktails - Day 10: Amarula Sahara Martini

What's Amarula?  It's a cream-based liqueur from South Africa that has a vaguely caramel/berry flavor, and it's GOOD.  Available at larger liquor stores, near the Baileys and Kahlua.

Amarula Sahara Martini
1 part Amarula Cream
1 part Frangelico liqueur
½ part vodka

Shake over ice, and strain into a cocktail glass.  Garnish with strawberry with whipped cream.  If you wish, prior to pouring the drink into the glass, edge the glass with honey (more about that technique here) and then coat with cocoa.
