Chocolate Cherries Jubilee

I found this recipe in May, but at the time didn't see cherries in the grocery.  Well, the other day my little local grocery shop had some in stock, and I couldn't resist buying a bag...yum!  Tart cherries make the perfect accompaniment to some sweet vanilla ice cream, or even vanilla kefir (which is what I did).  Check out this Cherries Jubilee recipe from Southern Living, which uses chocolate liqueur.  A refreshing end to a summer dinner party!  For extra flair, light the cherries on fire before pouring them over the ice cream.
