Mini Potatoes and Hot Cars

You might be scratching your head...what do these two things have in common?

Mini twice-baked potatoes are an adorable "heavy" appetizer.  What is it about miniature food that makes it seem so chic?  Even the lowly tuber is elevated to sophisticated spud when served in miniature and then twice baked.  Try this recipe for your next party.
