Beautiful German Chocolate Cupcake

I know the new year is a time for fresh goals and resolutions, and we'll get to that...but for now I just had to share this German Chocolate cupcake.  Isn't it beautiful?  Just remember that you can eat something like this and still keep a health-related New Year's Resolution if you have one cupcake in lieu of a large piece of cake.  :)

I think it's pretty enough to serve for a birthday or other special occasion!  Recipe here, from Better Homes & Gardens.
