Happy 75th Birthday, Elvis!

It's Elvis' 75th Birthday!

According to the movie Men In Black, Elvis is not dead, he just went home.  So Elvis, wherever you are, here's a fried peanut-butter banana sandwich for you. 

If you'd like to celebrate, put on some Elvis tunes and serve a southern feast.  This menu doesn't have any recipe links, but is a great source of inspiration.  The birthday boy wasn't known to have a favorite cocktail, but a mint julep or sweet tea vodka would be appropriately southern.
