Finding the Thrill, Fill, and Spill at the Chicago Auto Show

Last week I represented Chicagonista at the Chicago Auto Show's media preview. While I was there to cover cars, not parties, I couldn't resist taking a photo of this floral display, which was being set up for the First Look for Charity event. You've heard of "the thrill, the fill, the spill"? This arrangement has all three.
The Thrill is the tall bamboo topped with grasses. Height is what makes people say "ooooooh..."
The Fill is the colorful florals in the center. They're the meat of the arrangement and provide weight and fullness.
The Spill balances the Thrill, and also disguises the container. Try to incorporate all three into your arrangements!
