Jenna from Eat Drink Pretty has a marvelous suggestion for a simple St Pat's drink - a Shamrock Sparkler!

I found a detailed recipe which calls for:
3/4 ounce of Midori
Fill champagne flute with dry sparkling wine

...sometimes it really is just that easy. Enjoy!

Love the "sparkler" name....Sunset Sparkler...Summer Sparkler... Soiree Sparkler :)
