Unique Japanese Cocktail - the Yuzu Julep

Spotted in the Sunday Chicago Tribune: the Yuzu Julep.  This Japanese whisky cocktail is ideal for pairing with sushi.  While it does require sourcing a few exotic ingredients, the Yuzu Julep is a welcome departure from the usual sake or Sapporo.  Click for the recipe plus an interview with Japanese Cocktails author Yuri Kato.
