Cocktails for HBO's Entourage

This Sunday, June 27th, that ode to bromance in Hollywood returns to the small screen - it's time for the seventh season of HBO's Entourage!
Am I right when I say this show needs to be an hour long? What's up with the 30 minute tease, HBO? If you need more of the boys than we're currently being given, extend your Entourage pleasure with some themed cocktails, tailored to the main characters' personalities...

Dreamy A-lister Vincent Chase is uncomplicated, universally adored, and pretty to look at...just like a Kir Royale. With only two ingredients - creme de cassis and champagne - this cocktail is as easy-breezy as Vinnie. Try this version, made with Chambord.

This Herbal Honey Vodka Sparkler is sweet, has a kick (no doubt a Nike-shod kick), and has a heavy...ahem...herbal influence. Much like Turtle himself.

Poor Drama. If only he could get a break. Sure, he's big in France, but any serious actor wants more than a cult following of Viking Quest. Similarly, the Pisco Sour is very popular in South America but gets little attention in the States. With a dash of bitters and a sour bite, this tasty cocktail is finished off with a froth of egg white...just like our favorite older brother, who occasionally gets worked into a lather.

When "E" first moved to Hollywood, this Irish boy told everyone he used to "manage an Italian restaurant" (read: he was a Sbarro's night manager). The Irish-Italian Dessert Cocktail pays homage to Eric's real and embellished histories.

He moves fast and attacks hard. He can be hard to swallow, but can also be your best friend. What drink better embodies high-flying Hollywood agent Ari Gold than an expensive Scotch on the rocks?
