Earlier this summer, I attended a college friend's wedding in Estes Park, Colorado. Planning the big day came naturally for the bride, as her eye for detail and design and her passion for candy and sweets recently inspired her to launch Lemon Sprinkle Events, a custom dessert table business. Knowing her talents, it wasn’t a surprise that she created such a memorable celebration for guests. Read on and be inspired by the details of this lovely mountain soiree!
The ceremony took place in the resort’s Forever Garden, which provides panoramic views of the lodge and the Rockies. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed an outdoor cocktail hour on the front porch of the lodge.

The bride & groom (both from the Midwest) met in Colorado, so each table was named after a special place within the state.

There’s nothing better than tasting local flavors! The dessert table offered four delicious cupcake choices (coconut, carrot, triple chocolate and Boston cream) from Tee & Cakes in Boulder, and six types of classic candy. Take-home bags gave guests a happy ending to a very sweet occasion!
